The structure is regarded as an assembly of carefully engineered pieces.
The engineer practice is called “Shou Fen”.
The other engineer practice is called “Juan Sha” that is also made the column curve.
This engineer practice is called “Ce Jiao” that makes the column slope inward and makes the whole building look like stable.

Monitoring and analysis of historic building vibration influenced by blasting in complex urban environment Jun Ma1, a, Long-fa Luan1, Xin-han Li1 , Jian-guo Wang2, Qi-hang Li1 1 Faculty of Land and Resource Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650093, China 2 School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), Beijing 100083, China amajun_xxx@126.com Keywords: Complex urban environment; Blasting construction; Vibration monitoring; Regression analysis; Spectrum analysis Abstract: This article is based on TengChong County municipal sewage treatment plant supporting pipe network project, monitored and analyze the vibration influence on the historic building taiji bridage by the Pipe-jacking blasting construction.
Compared with mining and other underground engineering, vibration generated by the blasting excavation of shallow buried structure had a greater influence on the environment, and the engineering geology and hydrologic condition under the Tai Ji bridge is complicated, in order to ensure the safety of tai Ji bridge during the blasting construction, it is necessary to monitor the influence of the blasting excavation on Tai Ji Bridge vibration monitoring, analysis and processing the data timely and then to guide the construction.
In engineering practice, generally uses the vertical vibration velocity of blast seismic wave as the basis of analysis [6], The time-history curve of blasting vibration Vertical vibration velocity at the head of Taiji bridge is shown in Figure 2.so we can obtain the regularity of blasting vibration transmission under the specific geological condition.

Introduction In recent years, engineering structures are developing in a trend of being large and complex.
But there are some main problems in such method when applied in civl engineering: modal error is large; environmental factors influnce much; the statistic is incomplete; the sensitivity of dynamic chacteristics is fairly low; damage identification method is not perfect.
Therefore, it has been successfully applied in many engineering.
For close complecated and large-scale engineering structure, such change is so small that it is not worth noticing.
