Two materials have been considered in the present investigations, aluminium alloy 7075-T651 and 7075-T7351.
The material constants in Equation (4) are shown in Figure 2 for these materials, where the symbols represent experimental data and the solid lines represent Equation (4).

Materials and springback analysis Materials parameter analysis Metal materials affect physical properties, especially the forming of elastic-plastic properties.
Through comparing we can see: cold bending centre sill used materials is beyond ordinary cold-formed steel materials in various performances, especially the yield strength and tensile strength.
Due to materials hardness increased, it led to a big resistance of forming, and big difficulty of roller design and adjusting.
According to the performance of cold bending centre sill materials and the actual situation of the complexity of the steel shape, at general we realize 12 times forming to cold bending forming centre sill, forming knurling figure shows as Fig.3.

Two fundamentally different loops within a circular system have distinguished: the reuse of products and materials (upcycling) and recycling materials (downcycling).
The circular economy introduces the possibility of reusing raw materials from discarded products, thus increasing the materials' life cycle.

Introduction Glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials have been receiving a widespread use in recent years and represent a practical alternative to metals especially in corrosive environments.
The use of GRP materials ranges from simple civil structures such as decks, tanks, pipes, to more advanced applications.
