The engineering cost information is describe as the input vector X = (X1, X2, …, Xm), and the cost as the output vector Y = (Y1, Y2, …, Yn).
Including the engineering estimates purpose, given the prediction accuracy requirements engineering estimates.

Numerical Simulation of Marine Recycled Concrete Specimen Based on ABAQUS Wenbai Liu1,a,Wangnan Chen1,b,Xia Li1 1College of Ocean Environment and Engineering,Shanghai Maritime University,Shanghai,201306,China aliuwb8848@163.com,bwnancheng@163.com Key words: recycled concrete, mechanical property, numerical simulation.
With the rapid development of computer and numerical technology, numerical analysis has become an important method as it grows more and more mature, whereas ABAQUS, a general powerful finite element analysis software, has become more and more widely useful in scientific research and real engineering.
Mechanical properties of recycled concrete under different working conditions can be analysed through the model change and loading change by the finite element analysis software, which provides theory basis for design of practical engineering component.
