SPS, having a faster heating and cooling rate as compared with that of hot-pressing method, can prepare highly dense ceramic samples in a short time which can suppress the grain growth, and reduce the thermal conductivity.

A large number of coating techniques are available such as pack cementation, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), thermal spray, plasma spraying, etc.Fused slurry or slurry-fusing is a solid-liquid reaction diffusion process, in which the coating is formed by the interaction of substrate and melt.
After analysis and discussion,it can be found that thecoating fabricated at 1450°Cshowed excellent structure compatible with high temperature oxidation resistance. 2) The surface of coating at 1450°Cis relatively smooth with few holes and cracks and uniform grain particles; the main phase of the surface is (Ti,Ta)Si that has better high temperature oxidation resistance;the cross-sectional structure of the coating is smooth and compact which can effectively prevent O2 from penetration. 3) Moreover,the cross-sectional morphology and composition of the specimen coated at 1450°C were discussed in details.The coating has a dense multilayer structure and three layers can be observed from coating to matrix: (Ti, Ta)Si2 TaSi2 Ta5Si3+ TaSi2. 4) At last, the isothermal oxidation behaviors of coatings in pure O2 atmosphere at 1500°C for 2h were investigated.

2.1 Organic matter composition analysis of produced water
water quality of low permeability oilfield produced water is complex, mainly including the crude oil which has not been isolated from production, suspended solid (sediment organic matter, colloid asphaltene and wax heavy oil colloid) and a large number of chemicals.
Toward a sewage treatment station the processing conditions of the whole system, sulphur content on the high side, in addition to the suspended solid is slightly overweight, oil content and particle size of the median fair meet back injection water quality control index of low permeability reservoir, namely: 8 mg/L or less oil content, suspended solid 3 mg/L or less, the median particle size 2 microns or less.Median particle size does not meet the extra-low permeability reservoir water flooding back water quality control indicators, namely: 5 mg/L or less oil content, suspended solid 1 mg/L or less, suspended solid grain size median 1 microns or less.In view of the suspended solid and practical standards are difficult problems, need for existing in a sewage treatment station, used to study the treatment process, suspended solids in the wastewater and particle size value in the standard treatment is the focus of the next step research.
