In view of the Code request as well as the building structure size becoming larger and larger, how to control the cracks in the structure design scientifically and reasonably is the problem faced by the structure engineers.
In engineering, cracks caused mainly by deformation account for 80% of all, but mainly by loads account for 20%[2,3].

River basin water engineering, water diversion project existing, groundwater water supply project inter-basin diversion and for four kind of water supply project. 2000 level years, the whole basin, the actual water supply 2.84 billion m3 and 1.07 billion m3 of water storage project, accounting for 37.68% of the total water supply, water diversion project 276 million m3, accounting for 9.72%, groundwater engineering 1.478 billion m3, 52%, other 017 million m3, accounted for 0.6%.
River basin water supply of whole situation with water storage, groundwater and extract water diversion project primarily. 2005 water storage, water diversion and groundwater three water supply respectively for: 37.6:9.72:52, among them, groundwater engineering and water storage project two accounted for 89.6%.
