The test results show that the ultrasonic vibration boring by double cutter is of very superior cutting mechanism and is a high-precision thin - long deep - hole machining of stainless steel materials, efficient cutting methods.
The generated regular impulse force is acted on the test materials.
The generated regular impulse force is acted on the test materials and the energy of impulse force focused on the micro cutting unit is highly concentrated in time, space and intensity.
Fig.3 shows the relationship between roughness Ra and feed rate t of materials 1Cr18Ni9Ti after boring.

FDM can be used as an alternative manufacturing process for speciality products by use of wider range of materials [2].
Material Processing and Testing Components were manufactured in FDM Dimension rapid prototyping machine with ABS plastic material.
Manufacturing is carried out by which the head extrudes and deposits the material in layers.
Acknowledgments The authors wish to acknowledge the support of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India for supporting the project with a research grant.

Much attention has been given to the synthesis of one-dimensional (1D), two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) extended materials involving copper[5-11].The most useful building blocks for constructing organic-inorganic hybrid coordination polymers are N-,O-containing ligands.

Currently, Bone Mineral Density (BMD) is the widely accepted standard to value the bone status in osteoporotic diagnosis, and can be used to predict the strength and modulus of porous materials by the scaling laws, as followed formula [3]:
EEs=CEρρs2

In
reference [10], a multi-purpose vibration friction testing machine was invented to study the friction
and wear behaviors of the material with or without vibration, it also studied the effect on the wear
characters of nonmetal materials or friction materials under vibration.
The test studied the relationship between the nature of the soil, vibration frequency, amplitude, acceleration and the degree of material compaction by measuring the physical quantity such as acceleration, pressure and density of materials.
