Our country should speed up to develop related micro grid key technology research, , including new energy power generation technology, micro grid operation control technology and protection technology .At the same time we should establish demonstration project ,do some research about the micro grid applications in the important civil facilities, mitigation and defense engineering aspects, develop the corresponding safe assessment and micro grid planning software and make out the standards of micro grid and autonomous operation.

The structure's history of problems, engineering analysis, and experienced observation of the trusses indicated that they were over stressed by their own dead load and that merely repairing damaged members and restoring the roof to as-built condition would not be a remedy.
