Abstract.
Due to the construction and structure are complex, and the air conditioning works involve many construction departments, it requires the coordination of all construction departments, and in this way the task of the installation of air-conditioning engineering will be more high-quality and efficiently completed.
The engineering total cooling load is 621kW, engineering cold indicators is 106.7W/m2.

Engineering Background and Overall Scheme One boiler room of MCH hospital is a single-story reinforced concrete bent structure with a height of 7.8m.
On the premise of meeting the use function of buildings, the original members such as ring beams, constructional columns and foundations should be used as much as possible to form composite structure so that the damage to the original structure and engineering quantity can be reduced.

Abstract.
Due to the increased demand for the development of structures with a high level of safety, the utilisation of embedded structural health monitoring sensors is attracting much attention in all engineering and infrastructure applications.
However, the measurements have mainly been restricted to static loading situations and in a very low frequency range (< 1 Hz), particularly for civil infrastructure applications.
