Of course, things always have two sides, at the time when commercial concrete drives the job division, it also incurs some problems, e.g. the uncontinuous quality control of commercial concrete to result in the divisions in concreting, i.e. the concrete preparation is done by the commercial concrete companies and the concreting and maintenance are carried out by the builders, which tends to cause quality problems and disputes; from the same reason, the factitious breakup of the organic integrity of concrete preparation, concreting and maintenance will limit the optimization of concrete engineering comprehensive technical level to a certain extent, therefore, to generate a new issue of concrete quality test.
The non-destructive detection method such as rebound method is able to provide the referential evidence to the concrete quality control and substantial quality test in the process of engineering construction, nevertheless, in the project in Table 2, the rebound test method test result is 37% lower than the actual strength to lose its applicable meaning.

As their use in industries such as civil infrastructure and transportation increases, the need for an extensive understanding of their performances in their projected service lifetime must be developed.
The concept of hybridization gives flexibility to the design engineers to tailor the material properties according to the requirements, which is one of the major advantages of the composites [4].
