Prefabricated concrete construction and used precast Hollow slabs of masonry buildings as two of the most important architectural systems, applied a penetration rate of more than 70%.But precast concrete technology in China is relatively backward, on the one hand because of the large number of precast concrete structural in Tangshan earthquake damage which lend to more conservative application of prefabricated structures.The other hand,the precast concrete elements exist span is small, low bearing capacity,ductility, and a single species, and many other issues, these are also a serious impediment to the development of precast concrete structures in China[3].
3.Present situation of study on precast concrete frame structure system at home and abroad
As the level of application of precast concrete in China is relatively backward, and lacks the associated experimental data and theoretical analysis.

The measured nanohardness and elastic modulus of chromium nitride coatings are in the range of 23-31GPa and 259-283GPa, respectively.
