In the splitting process, that is responsible for the most important role in the design of laminated canoe, the optimal materials possible to maintain the curved shape of the canoe hull is sequentially selected from the wood material database. 3.2 Productivity Verification in Canoe Design In this study, analyzed each problem of strip construction method and suggested the canoe manufacturing method using a new laminated plate kit, and implemented the steps completing the canoe hull by performing the design process. 3.2.1 Variety of Material Selection and Reduction of Manufacturing Time The laminated plate kit developed in this study can contribute to secure the price competitiveness of commercial products because you can use general plywood and also the same low-level timber if it is able to cope with water-proof and weight problem.
