This paper presents a novel intelligent turn-milling machine, which processes the plastic material on the surface of huge cylindrical aluminum tank equal-thickness.
The general machine tools cannot meet the special processing requests, for instance, machining the plastic material on the surface of huge cylindrical aluminum tank equal-thickness.
The plastic material on the surface of the workpiece is equal-thickness processed.
There is a veneer of plastic material on the surface.

Abstract. To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance of preparing copper clad aluminum composite rods by directly continuous casting, low melting point materials of lead and tin were selected to prepare composite rods of external diameter Φ12mm and inner diameter Φ8mm through adopting air pressing core filled continuous casting processing.
Introduction Clad materials have been developed very rapidly because of different demands of superior mechanical and thermal properties [1-4].
As the solid solubility of lead and tin is similar to copper and aluminum, the material of low melting point of lead and tin were selected in this experiment.
