Structural reliability and human error of reinforced-concrete building during construction Xuexia Yuan 1, a, Weiliang Jin 2,b 1Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Nanchang University,Nanchang,China 2Institute of Structural Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China axxyuan@ncu.edu.cn, bjinwl@zju.edu.cn Keywords: reinforced-concrete building, construction, formwork-supporting system, system reliability, human error Abstract.
However, these system risks cannot be considered as realistic, as it has been assumed that engineering inspections have not yet taken place.
It was found that errors related to the bolt tightening torque of the right-angle couplers below formwork is relatively more detrimental to the sytem reliability, which should be ensured by the engineering inspections.

For surrounding water environment of Cao’e River floodgate was similar to marine environment, water-cementitious material ratio of HVIRC was taken as 0.35 in accordance with a Chinese specification named “Corrosion Prevention Technical Specifications for Concrete Structures of Marine Harbor Engineering” [2].
Experiment simulated the corrosion environments of hydraulic engineering.

Studies on Strain Fatigue Crack Growth Rate Controlled by Displacement or Load of 16MnR Steel Yan Yan1,a, Anzhong Liu1,b,Daoxiang Zhou1,c 1School of Civil Engineering, Anhui Institute of Architecture and Industry, Hefei, Anhui Province 230601, P.
Fatigue crack formation stage means the starting of fatigue crack, and its length grows to measurable length(0.25~1.0mm) in the engineering.
(4) In the case of possible high plastic deformation, we should be careful to use the crack fatigue growth rate obtained by only one kind of fatigue experiment method to predict engineering problem.
