The hot flue gas by cable fire will make the PCB circuit boards and circuit board components pyrolysis ,to produce a large amount of toxic, hazardous and corrosive gases, and they spread to the interior through the ventilation grille of the top of the control cabinet , Corroding electronic equipments without imminent danger of electronic equipment until it can not work normally, at the same time open flame under certain conditions will spread to the outside of control cabinet , igniting adjacent control cabinets and make the local fire develop to a global one .Because such establishments are usually unattended and compared with civil architectures or public places, casualties are not serious, so there are not many research work and published literature.

The prediction of stress induced damage and the flexural strength in
laminated composites has been a topic of intense research because of the importance for increased
used of structural materials in engineering applications in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering,
and especially in critical areas like aerospace structures for their well-known properties.
The shell element formulation given by Ahmad [3] is more popularly and commonly used for shell analysis by engineers and a lot of comparable results can be found.
