Introduction
Civil structures in Japan were started to construct since 1950s to support the rapid increase of the
economic and social infrastructure.
Accordingly, the maintenance of those aging structures has been becoming the key in civil engineering.
Currently strong movement to make the AE monitoring standard in concrete engineering can be seen e.g., in the recommended practice for in-situ monitoring of concrete structures (NDIS 2421[1]).

Abstract: Ultra-high toughness cementitious composite (UHTCC) exhibits the pseudo-hardening
feature when subjected to tensile load and has high tensile strain capacity of normally up to 3%.
The strain hardening engineered cementitious composite recently proposed by Victor Li [1], is generally regarded as one of the most promising construction materials for controlling crack width of structural elements.

Abstract.
Engineers are often faced with the problem of constructing road bed on or with soils which do not possess sufficient strength to support wheel load imposed upon them either in construction or during the service life of the pavement.
The soil sample was taken to the Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria where it was stored.

Keywords: Parametric study; submerged combustion vaporiser; computer modelling; heat transfer.
The effect of structural parameters of heat exchanger and wall temperature on natural convection heat transfer was analysed and a correlation of Nusselt number for the air side natural convection heat transfer of vaporizer was fitted, providing a reference for engineering practice.
The results of study provide useful data for design, operation management and engineering application.

Abstract.
Therefore, the axial force of each member can be obtained by the linear method according to the plane structural system of beam and link during engineering design conservatively.
Conservatively, in the following analyses and practical engineering design, it should be taken as pn,b=0.7pn, pn,t =0.5pn.
In the following analyses and the engineering design, ΔT is taken as 50℃.
