Abstract: This paper is mainly a study the diffusion bonding of 3Y-TZP/SUS440 by using the chemical bonding method.
By using of these results, the mechanism of the ceramic and stainless steel was discussed.

System structure The high-precision and super-slow motion stage is composed of resonant piezoelectricity motor, linear bearings and exposed linear encoders (shown in figure 1).The stage is driven by motor drive head which moves in ellipse track and frictions with ceramics bar which adheres to the motion stage.The resonant piezoelectricity motor is used to provide linear motion.
