AZ31 magnesium alloy and TA15 titanium alloy is choosed to be the research objects because these two materials are the typical widely used light metal alloy and the electrical properties of them is quite different.
With comparing the deformation propeties of AZ31 magnesium alloy and TA15 titanium alloy, the impact of current on materials with different microstructure and properties is obtained and analyzed. 2.

Methodology Materials and End Milling Procedures AlSi/AlN metal matrix composite was fabricated by the method of stir casting by which an AlSi alloy ingot, called the matrix material, was reinforced with different wt % of AlN particles; 5, 7 & 10wt % reinforcement.14 The chemical composition of AlSi alloy, as shown in Table 1, was determined by a glow discharge profiler (Model-Horiba Jobin Yyon).
