With development of the computer, MODFLOW was applied to simulate flow state in constructed wetlands, which was a visualization of professional software on simulating the three-dimensional groundwater flow and solute transport, provided boundary conditions for the assignment and intelligent discrimination of the drainage boundary with in the scope of the design, automatically apuifer parameters optimization and adjustment, greatly improved the simulation efficiency.
The substrate structure mainly included aspect ratio, thickness of substrate and water distribution area.
In addition, the size of inlet water distribution area and pools zone had effect on flow filed distribution, generally accounts for the length of 1/20-1/10, but there was no system of aspect ratio and thickness of packing parameters provided for application.

Materials and Methods
2.1 Reagents
All solutions were prepared with analytical-reagent grade chemicals and distilled water purified with a Milli-Q purification system with 0.22μm filter (18.2MΩ.cm, MILLIPORE, USA).
Working standard solutions were obtained daily by suitable stepwise dilution of the stock solutions with deionized water. 2.2 Instrument and ion chromatographic conditions All experiments were performed on a professional ion chromatography 850 manufactured by the Metrohm Company (Herisau, Switzerland), consisting of a 709 IC pump, 7331 IC Separation Center, a MSM Suppressor with 752 Pump unit and a 732 IC conductivity out in suppressor mode on a Metrosep Anion Dual-2 analytical column (20mm×4mm) connected in series with a Metrosep RP2 guard column (250mm×4.mm).A solution containing a mixture of 5.0mM Na2CO3 and 0.3mM NaOH flowing at a rate of 0.8mLmin-1 served as the eluent.
After approximately 1 hour, the sample solutions were diluted to constant volume 50 mL with demonized water.
Thus, the optimum volume of hydrochloric acid solution which the ration of hydrochloric acid and water was1:11 for the extraction of fluoride from Antarctic krill sample was 8mL. 3.1.3 Extraction time Fig.3.
