Fatigue failure of engineering materials is in general essentially the result of local cyclic strain accumulation, but the material’s cyclic yield strength differs from monotonic yield strength in cyclic softening or hardening, with reference to “cyclic stress-strain (CSS) hysteresis loop”.

This paper focuses on the increasing using of concrete as one kind of building materials when the Society develops rapidly nowadays.
Then industrial and civil buildings and other facilities will be multiplied, which leads to use plenty of high-performance concrete materials. i.e.
China's building materials, especially the use of concrete will be increased year by year[1].
