Abstract.
The maximum reflection loss of double-layer cementitious plate employing carbon fiber and ferrite reached -16.2dB, while the absorption bandwidth under - 10 dB was from 9.6 to 18 GHz. 1 Introduction Cementitious composite is commonly used in engineering constructions not only in civil but in Military fortifications.

Abstract.
However, for many reasons, biogas slurry has not yet got recognitions and applied from farmers, which has caused heavy resource waste and went against the construction and spreading of biogas engineering.
Through surveying the variation of pH, gas production and CH4 content, the best mixing ratio of biogas slurry and cornstalk was screened out, providing a basis for application, opening up a new route to make the most of biogas slurry, thus assuring the smooth operation and sustainable development of green environment engineering and fully showing the energy, environmental and social benefits of medium- and large-scale biogas plants.

Abstract: Based on the one-dimensional constitutive relationship of unsaturated soils, this thesis has established the calculation model for embankment settlement with lateral deformation and without lateral deformation in accordance with the mechanic characteristics and in consideration of the influence of water environment.
Introduction Since the embankment soil is a typical unsaturated soil, so it is necessary to take the unsaturated soils theory as the basis for the study of the settlement and stability problems [1,2] existed in the engineering of embankment and the function mechanism and mechanical characteristic of the embankment under various working conditions.

Today the large number of cement-based materials are need by humans engineering activities every year, such as cement grouting material with more than milion ton, so it hleps if those waste can be used to the cement-based materials.
Fluidity tests and strength tests were respectively carried out in accordance to GB/ T2419- 2005 “Test method for fluidity of cement mortar” and GB/ T17671-1999 “method of testing cements- Determination of strength”. and anodic polarization tests for evaluating on ability of reinforcement protection was done referring to JTJ270-98 “Testing code of Concrete for Port and Waterwog Engineering”.
