For its superior behavior, although exploratory researches have been carried out in the fatigue strength of welded tubular joints with concrete filled chords [6,7,8], the results were not adequate to fulfill the need of engineering application and also few experimental studies on SNCF of welded CHS-CFSHS T-joints under axial loading currently exist.

Abstract.
Frozen soil has a great impact on construction of the road engineering, such as part typical long sections of Jilin province over the Changyu highway [1] along which severe lateral deflection occurred due to the winter frost heave and near the shoulder also generated obvious lateral deformation and collapse.
Many scholars have performed a great deal of research work on the impacts of the change of seasonal temperature on practical engineering in seasonal frost region.
