Abstact.
Engineering practice also shows that time-dependent deformation of materials have great effects on the structural strength, rigidity and life duration.
So visco-elasticity has drawn much attention in the mechanical and engineering fields.

Abstract.
Introduction Along with development of industry and improvement of computer simulation technology, CAE (computer aided engineering)of 3C (CAD、CAE and CAM) is more and more of our attention, and that FEM(Finite element method) is the most mature one of the analysis means in CAE field, it is playing an enormous role in various industries.
And it is unique characteristics in simulation of complex systems relative to other analysis software, so in all countries, have been widely used in the industrial sector and research institutions, can cover automobiles, ships, electronics, aviation, aerospace, military, defense, construction, machinery, materials, energy and civil industries, etc.
High or low credibility of FEA results are directly affected by the analytical model, load handling, constraint conditions and the actual mechanical properties of engineering structures in line with the degree of impact, FEA model to establish when it is necessary to accurately reflect the actual structure of the important mechanical properties, but also less as far as possible the unit cell and simple form, in order to ensure higher accuracy and to reduce the scale of problem-solving.
Table 1 analytical result of every model scheme max stress in bulge (MPa) max stress in tube (MPa) target value first 138 107 For design demands of Automotive Engineering Design Manual, when yield strength of material is 245MPa, target value :<100MPa second 163 107 third 86.5 86.2 The first scheme in the actual using appear cracking in the bridge shell, from the FEA results, whether in axle housing bulge or circle tube of axle housing the stress all exceed target value of design, the maximum is 138MPa in axle housing bulge.

Abstract: Considering the hot mix asphalt compaction quality is difficult to reach and it can be destroyed easily, the warm mix asphalt is used for thin overlay of airport cement concrete pavement.
For testing the engineer performance of WMA, using performance of the airport’s WMA covered by thin layer were observed and tested.
