Aluminum alloy drill pipe
With the advances in materials science and processing technology, aluminum alloy drill pipe in the drilling industry has been increasingly widely used [2,3,4].
So Al alloy 7075 was chosen as experimental material, material properties at room temperature are: σb ≥ 500MPa; δ = 11 ~ 13%.
While hot extrusion above the recrystallization temperature, extrusion speed and temperature will have a significant impact on the flow stress of different materials.
