Abstract.
Introduction The current features for the construction industry has characterized a certain complicated situation including the multiple phases of the construction project lifecycle and the involvements of multidisciplinary participants, such as architects, structural designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
In order to design new assistance tools for assisting cooperation, Kubicki et al. [2] applied model driven engineering to model the particular cooperative activities in the AEC sector and demonstrated how the model approach allows users to develop the information structure of a new coordination tool with the concern of research domains including social sciences, human-machine interface, mobile and ubiquitous computing and model driven engineering.

Abstract.
New rural community construction of socialism is an enormous social system engineering, which should be planned as a whole from aspects of urban-rural linkage and coordinated operation.
Complete forest, grass and green renovation engineering construction.
Instead, we should firstly pay attention to the problems that farmers need to be solved badly, strengthen rural public facilities construction and develop rural economic and social causes, mobilize all active factors that can be mobilized, and practically and effectively promote the engineering of new rural community construction.

Abstract.
At this stage also laboratory prototyping and all main theoretical calculations are carried out; • development of technical and technological documentation of the engineering design providing release of working drawings of a product for its transfer to pilot production; • prototype production, and also number of bench tests; • test of a prototype and documentation preparation for its transfer to a mass production.
The considered stages can be united in two consecutive phases, first of which the sir of an avant-project, and the second - stages of outline and design engineering, preparation of production and actually pilot production of a new product includes.

Introduction
Structural optimization is not a simple mathematics problem, but a project with a series of engineering problems.
But for practical engineering, the structural reliability index can‘t be made infinite.
In fact, the engineers hope that the reliability of the structure would reach a desired safeful level or be in a desired range.
