Analytical Calculation of Resistance to Burst of Single Jersey Underlying Two Synthetic Materials Used in Furniture Industry LENGYEL Bianca-Cristina1, a, CERNESCU Anghel1, b, NES Cristian Sorin1, c 1Politehnica University of Timisoara, Mechanics and Strength of Materials Dept., M.
To develop constructive and ingenious solutions that increase the durability of these materials in time, it is necessary to know all the requests that these materials have fulfil.
The two materials were studied under an A.
This study showed that the material with a PU matrix has a much lower resistance to burst than the PVC matrix material, thus the PVC matrix materials should be preferred for high wear applications.

Influence of auxiliary material on the performance of the resin bond used in abrasive tools Shilei Li, Tao Lin a, Zhi Wang and Xinbo He School of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China aemail: lintao@ustb.edu.cn Keywords: abrasive tools; auxiliary material; hardness; bending strength Abstract.
The effects on the mechanical properties for three auxiliary materials were researched by changing the content of the auxiliary materials in the phenolic resin-based bond in this paper.
In order to improve the resin abrasive production and solve these problems, in addition to abrasive, resin and hardener, we often add an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials in the resin binder.
In order to obtain the auxiliary materials in the resin abrasive with the best dosage and make the resin abrasive tool has good comprehensive properties, this article will focus on polishing abrasive industry as well as some commonly used filler toughening by changing the amount to study the consumption of the auxiliary materials how to impact the abrasive mechanical properties of phenol resin and the grinding performance.
