Risk Factors of Repurchase Price in BT project of Urban Rail Transit The total repurchase price of BT project contains the repurchase price and project investment income during the byeback period. The repurchase price is consist of engineering construction cost, the financing cost in the construction and cushion period. The risk effecting the repurchase price of BT project includes political, economical, social, legal and environmental risk etc, and also includes the risk caused by owner, contractor, supervision and other relevant behaviors. We combine previous research [6-9] and find a large number of available literatures in the doctoral thesis. On the basis of uncertainty analysis,we build a preliminary list and establish risk checklist method to analyze the possible risks influence of the total repurchase value of BT project.By improving the risk classification method according to the level of degree proposed by the British scholar Li Bin, the degree of medium risk level according to the

This means that the selection of Z1 value is based on the experience and judgment of the engineers, therefore, it would be possible to arrive at different or even opposite conclusions on the same bridge by different evaluators.
Ref [2] is based on the principles of design, engineering judgments and bridge test, although it take the ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states into consideration, but the partial safety factor is to select by fixed value, not according to the structure of the reliability or the probability.
