Study on The End-plate and Angle of Semi-rigid Connection in The Steel Frame of Beam-column Ling Xu 1, a, Shuai Liu2,b 1Department of resources and civil engineering, Liaoning University of Science and Technology, Anshan 114051, China 2email xuling6396@126.com Keywords: Steel frame, Steel angles, Semi-rigid node, The connection of end-plate Abstract: Based on the investigation of end plate and angle of semi-rigid connection in the steel frame of beam-column, an analysis of two connection type damage phenomenons, stiffness, bearing capacity and ductility, and then with the experimental results concluded above, the similarity and differences between the two semi-rigid connections can be extensively discussed.
However, the hinged nodes in all the connections in the actual engineering are between rigid and articulated connection called semi-rigid connection.

Study on discharge and diffusion of raised dust during subgrade construction in the Yellow River flood area Zhanyong Yao 1, a, Kai Yao1, b, Peizhi Zhuang1, c and Kai Zhang 1, d 1School of Civil Engineering, Shandong university, Jinan, 250061, china azhanyong-y@sdu.edu.cn, byz20032006@163.com czhuangpeizhi@yahoo.cn, dzhangkaiym@163.com Keywords: Subgrade construction, Operating unit, Raised dust, Concentration Abstract.
There was no systematic research on raised dust produced during the construction of road engineering (especially subgrade) until now.
Conclusions 1.Based on the characteristic of raised dust emission during each stage of subgared construction, the construction process of subgrade was divided into the following operating units: soil material loading and unloading, vehicle transportation (including constructed subgrade, construction access road, publicly paved road and unpaved road), wind erosion dust (including constructed subgrade, construction access road, publicly paved road and unpaved road, soil borrowing ground and transport vehicle loaded soil). 2.For each operational unit during each stage of subgrade engineering, different Gaussian diffusion models were chosen respectively according the transmission and diffusion of raised dust from different source (point source, line source and area source).
