With the development of communication technology, people no longer need to visit the library to look up the materials; in contrast, they are able to get the information online.
Potential Demand The university library is an important component part in the university education and research, which contains a great number of books, journals and other materials.
Challenges in the network services costs Now, people may expediently search, upload and download electronic books, electronic journal, news, music, movie and other materials by mobile phones.

Abstract.
The experiments were conducted at TAKUMI [14], a high resolution and high intensity TOF neutron diffractometer for engineering sciences at Materials and Life Science Facility of Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC).
These materials show very high work hardening behavior at the beginning of plastic deformation.
The neutron diffraction experiments were performed at BL19 in Materials and Life Science Facility of J-PARC with the proposals of 2014I0019 and 2014P0102, and got partly financial supports from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (No. 26289264).

In elastic-plastic materials, in- and out-of-plane constraints determine the level of the actual value of fracture toughness.
Later, Neimitz et al [9],[10] extended the RKR hypothesis to more plastic materials (ferritic steel) and cleavage fracture of such materials, assuming finite strains in the numerical analysis.
Numerical computations The numerical analysis was performed using a classical model commonly used for stationary cracks in elastic–plastic hardening materials.
For example, for the specimens of thickness 12 mm and a temperature of +20 oC, ψ = 1.4 Acknowledgements Financial support from the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education under contract No.
