The tested porous sample was sandwiched by references materials (Solid Brass, 70%Cu, 30%Zn).
The temperatures inside two reference materials are also observed to verify the present result.

Through filling different reinforce materials into the matrix material, it is possible to improve the performance of polymer materials to meet the needs of different engineering areas[1-2].
And now the research of PEEK polymer materials has became a hot topic.
It has been widely used as an important reinforcement of composite materials in many practical engineering fields [10-11].
The reason lies in the lower thermal expansion coefficient of carbon fibers, which restrains thermal expansion of PEEK composite materials.

Introduction
The main attention in designing and manufacture of critical designation structures is made to their service reliability and operation life that predetermines application of high-strength materials and high quality of the welded joints.
Therefore, solutions should be found by means of performance of complex technological and materials science experiments.

Introduction
Ultrasonic machining, as an important branch of special machining, is widely used in machining nonmetallic materials, particularly hard and brittle materials because the technology is neither dependent on material conductivity nor has thermal physical effects.
