Keywords: Rural housing; building energy efficiency; technology optimization; comprehensive Evaluation
Abstract: According to the status of the northern rural architecture analysis, the prevalence of high energy consumption, low comfort features, it is essential to design energy-efficient buildings in rural areas.
So shape coefficient also has the advantage of small architectural engineering aspects of the economy.
According to the engineering construction standards, in the cold area for heat transfer coefficient is 0.3-0.6(w/(m2·K)),Thermal insulation performance of the insulation performance requires roughly the equivalent of red brick 1.5m thickness of the wall, apparently relying solely on traditional wall materials to meet the requirements of building energy-saving is unlikely.

Abstract.
The design of the structure as a whole does not pose any problems as commonly available commercial programmes of the FEAT, SCIA engineer, FIN … type may be applied for it [2].
This is primarily due to little support provided by standards, little theoretic training of practising engineers, but also due to little theoretical background available in professional literature.

Abstract.
When the beam with openings is needed in practical engineering, design personnel generally increase the constructional reinforcement around the hole, which is neither economic nor reasonable.
The results of numerical simulation of reinforced concrete beam with openings are in accordance with the basic theory, which verifies the reliability of the model and has the certain reference value to the simulation of actual engineering.

Abstract.
In order to achieve light weight and multiple performances, AZ31B/Cu bimetals have been extended from navigation and military fields to civil products of high additional value such as automobile, computer and communication equipment [7], while development of welding technology directly affects the widespread application of magnesium copper bimetallic structure.
