Abstract.
Combined with wooden beam deflection limit is reached when the load is often less than the destruction of the limit load of engineering actual situation, based on the cross section of equivalent substitution principle, set up a wooden beam CFRP reinforcement design calculation formula of calculation results, the wooden beam reinforcement and reconstruction for the future of different load cases, the design of the CFRP amount needed.
This paper test shows that the wooden beam deflection limit is reached specification, wood beam deformation in the elastic stage, this method can be applied to the engineering practice.

Abstract.
Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) base isolator is a semi-active control device which has currently obtained increasing attention in the field of vibration control of civil structures.
Therefore, an accurate and robust model is essential to make full use of these unique features for its engineering applications.
Introduction Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) base isolators have been developed and regarded as one of the most ideal devices for implementation of semi-active control in base isolation system of civil structures against various hazard external excitations such as winds and earthquakes.
However, the nonlinear force-displacement response of this device is considered as the main challenge for its control application in civil structures.

Abstract.
Currently, several methods of remote sensing were developed with multiple objectives either for civil or military applications to obtain high precision images.
Aerial images have been used widely by the civil and military in many applications such as to assist in area monitoring, aerial surveillance and search and rescue mission.
Many types of equipments that are high technology, and sophisticated user interface that have been engineered is also being used by our government agencies for aerial surveillance monitoring equipment [1].
