At present, the calcium silicate products industry as a whole is lag behind developed countries, and poorly equipped, low content of science and technology, single technology, product performance is not stable and so on.
Experiment Experiment materials Calcareous material: the calcareous material for quick lime used, the limestone under 1000 ℃ calcination.
Experiment Results and Discussion Effect of stirring technology on properties of calcium silicate insulation materials Dynamic hydrothermal method as opposed to the static method, namely stirring the slurry constantly under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, and the solid particles suspended in a solution, ensures the reaction between materials.
Effect of fiber adding process on the performance of calcium silicate insulation material Admixture Follow-up process Siliceous materials Carbon fiber Mixed Calcareous material Water Pressing Slurry Dynamic hydrothermal reaction Fig. 2.2 The fiber and concrete mixing process Compact structure of carbon fiber causes the existence of molecular forcestrong its intermolecular, the carbon fiber in the matrix is extremely easy to wound and reunion, the formation of local structural defects could not improve the role but greatly reduce the comprehensive properties of the materials.

It's shown that enhancing cohesive zones ductility could
improve matrix materials resistance to void damage.
With respect to viscoplastic materials, the crack is not the only failure position.
As the strain rate sensitivity decrease, the materials response approaches the elastic-plastic property.
Interactions between the cohesive fracture process zones and the surrounding materials were studied.
