In the practical engineering, we can take to increase the thickness of the cross wall or increasing the structural column reinforcement so that improve the structure of the stiffness of the vertical distribution ;in order to improve the seismic capacity  for the small size of the spandrel, reinforced masonry can be used.
However, for the brick concrete and masonry structures, to balance between the simplification and the accurate ，the calculation units and the material parameters in finite element analysis, ,calculation of the cost and practical engineering involved the selected model, that there is a certain error.
