Inflation increases the cost of materials, labour, and other inputs, leading to budget overruns, delays, and in some cases, the use of substandard materials, which compromise project quality.
Inflation has a substantial impact on all key construction materials [13].
Impact on materials quality and workmanship.

Abstract.
ZnO is the most abundant morphology in semiconductor materials for metal oxide, its photocatalytic performance dependent on the morphology and structure of ZnO, and has been reported to demonstrate a multi-level structure of ZnO micro nano materials that can exhibit better photocatalytic properties.
ZnO nano materials (1) The structure of the Zinc Oxide Zinc Oxide is a wide direct bandgap II-VI semiconductor material, there are three kinds of crystal structure, as shown in Figure 1 [7]: square rock salt, zinc blende structure and six wurtzite structure.
Zinc Oxide preparation of nano materials have been widely studied in recent years, Zinc Oxide a wide variety of nanostructures have been prepared, including Zinc Oxide nanoparticles.
Nanometer material and its application[J].Journal of Zhoukou Normal University,2005, 22 (2): 27-29

Now people on the adhesive bonded joints on hygrothermal aging resistant performance although have many methods, but the limited simulation environment and material aging properties between the rules, cannot really reflect the changes of properties of materials in the myriads of changes, the actual conditions in addition, although non metal bonding joint material does not exist formation potential corrosion, but the glued non-metallic materials, water swelling and hydrolysis and other issues, to study the hygrothermal aging is more complex.
These methods are not only suitable for metal materials, and suitable for surface treatment of non metallic materials.

Introduction
The carbon felt refers to a class of non-metallic solid materials, which carbon as the main ingredient, due to the 90% gap in the carbon felt, so the thermal insulation properties of it in a vacuum or inert atmosphere is very advantageous.
Experiments using self-made chemical vapor deposition equipment,A diagram experiment device is shown in Fig. 1.Materials used polyacrylonitrile fiber felt (PAN) produced by jiangsu yixing Tianniao company, The properties of material as shown in Table 1.Zhaoxin RXN-6020 type dc current as the heating equipment.

Experimental Materials
The sewage sludge used in the experiment was taken from the dehydration room of Lanzhou Yan Erwan Sewage Treatment Plant.
Based on references and experimental results that have been obtained, the best C/N ratio of raw composting materials was from 25 to 35.
Due to the fact that the C/N ratio of sludge ranged from 5 to 8 and the ratio of sawdust was about 200, the dry mass ratio 7:1 of the both materials was determined.
