To evaluate the effects of PSH2C material for hybrid coupled shear wall applying high toughness materials, three specimens was manufactured on a series of two-third small scale steel coupling beams.

So more and more magnesium alloy products have been used in aviation, automobile and electron industries[1,2].It is well known that the AZ80 magnesium alloy is one of the famous commercial materials, and composed of α-Mg matrix and the divorced eutectic β-Mg17Al12 phase produced from the non-equilibrium crystallizing processes[3,4].
Experimental The material investigated in the present study had the following chemical composition (wt%):8 Al, 0.2 Zn,0.3 Mn, Mg bal.
