The procedure to calculate materials parameters from bulge tests is shown in Figure 1(b).
Materials parameters of strain rate sensitivity and strength coefficient have been calculated from the log-scaled plot of stress vs. strain rate in Figure 4(b).

Experimental materials and methods Mg-8.9wt%Al-0.53wt%Zn alloy cast ingots (direct casting and air cooling) with an outer diameter of 160mm are adopted as the materials for experiment.
So, the tensile strength of the material becomes less than that when the temperature is 390 ºC, the plasticity of the material decreases continuously.
