Keywords: Ohmic Contacts, Low Temperature, Nitrogen Plasma
Abstract: In this work, a nitrogen plasma treatment process was employed on n-type 4H-SiC.
This novel approach would enable integration of high-κ materials for Ohmic contact formation at lower thermal budget for 4H-SiC.

The constraints
For guarantee the breaking spring is in normal operationand coaxiality, the inner and outer spring layer must be made of same materials and their direction of rotation was opposite, in addition, the basic requirements as follows must be met[5,6].
