Materials and methods Study site is located in Jiangshanjiao forest farm, Heilongjiang, China (lat 43°44'50" ~ 43°54'12" long 128º53'16 ~ 129°12'42”).
Soil organic material content was measured by using heavy chromium acid potassium oxidation method in the experiment room [8].
