Abstract: The energy-saving of envelope structure plays an important role in building energy conservation, so the first step to save rural residential energy is energy-saving of envelope structure.
So the energy-saving benefit is very significant. 3.3 Economic benefit analysis We need calculate the incremental cost according to the "Shaanxi province list valuation rules" (2009) and "Shaanxi Province Decoration Engineering consumption quota" (2009) and combining with The construction of Shaanxi [2013] 181 article, "building, installation, municipal, garden artificial fee from 55 yuan / day to 72.5 yuan / day, decorate by 65 yuan / day to 86.1 yuan / day, from August 1, 2013 implementation date".The suggested model’s incremental cost is 15000.3 yuan after adopting the saving measures.
