Introduction Short fiber reinforced Al-base composites has many merits, such as the high specific tenacity, stiffness ratio, the low expansion rate, good dimensional stability, not moisture assorbale, radioresistance, high the electric conduction and thermal conductivity and no gas release,etc. so it has an extremely broad application prospect used in the aerospace and the civil domain as the structure material and the function material, and is one of recent years domestic and foreign key researches about MMC material[1~3].
