The samples were prepared by traditional wet method for ceramic materials and several material characterization methods including XRD, SEM were employed to evaluate the reinforcement effect.
For the reason of both ionic and covalent bonds existence in porcelain, the strong bonding forces guarantee the materials with high Young’s modulus and hardness, low thermal expansion coefficient, and good chemical resistance capacity, which make porcelain become a kind of good candidate materials for electric insulators [1].
The “brittle” characteristic is closely relative to porcelain microstructure, which is further according to raw materials and processing.

In present-day conditions of material shaft melting charge materials of boosted fractional makeup are used, as well as oxygen, carbon and hydrogen enriched air.
At that strength values of carbon component depends on composition of these materials and their production conditions.
According to the definition, the apparent heat capacity value includes a physical component, which value depends only on the coke material chemistry and heating conditions of the considered materials, as well as chemical component depending on the development rate of the exothermic and endothermic processes: Capparent=Сphysical+Сchemical=Сphysical±dq/Gdt.
