Materials and Methods The study is done under three main sets of parameters; pulse width (ms), frequency (Hz) and pressure (bar) which were varried from 5 ms, 10 ms and 15 ms, 17 Hz, 20 Hz and 25 Hz, and 10 bar, 50 bar and 70 bar respectively.

Introduction Urethane elastomers are promising materials for one-component sealants production.
This feature of the main monomer determines the variety of types of chemical bonds in polymer chains and their further transformations, which allows to obtain materials with various properties within the same class of polyurethane compounds.
The use of compounds based on Schiff bases as cross-linking agents allows to cure polyurethane sealants to be cured when interacting with air moisture without emitting carbon dioxide, which contributes to the production of defect-free materials.
The curing of sealing materials (SM) depends on several factors, including temperature, humidity and activator properties [12-13].
