Begin from 2002, Beijing city took the lead in research and use the new snow removing agent instead of NaCl, in order to protect plant and concrete structures against corrosion. " a research about high durability concrete in small parts ",a research report from the Tongji University Institute of Materials Engineering shows that under the conditions of NaCl in 4% concentration , salt Denudation Quantity of new snow removing agent to unit area on the concrete frost is 1 / 4 ~ 1 / 5 ( 20 cycles ) of NaCI, but the effect is far worse than NaCl, with the concentration increased, concrete Denudation Quantity caused by new snow removing agent increases apparently. 1.2 Carbonization Concrete carbonization is a process that CO2 in the air will react with hydration of cement minerals in the moisture conditions .
