Abstract.
Leveler has been an indispensable part of the rolling plant, and its application spreads broadly to some plants whose incoming materials mostly compose of sheets, such as automobile factory, shipyard and so on.
So it is correct to choose stronger material as U71Mn whose material parameters’ value will be given as follows: failure stress σS=550MPa; strain deformation rate n=0.8; constant of rate β=0.8; modulus of elasticity E=210,000MPa.
Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance, v 20, n 1, p 40-47
Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites. , v 30, n 3, p 229-240, February 2011

Being valid only for a specific value of
yield strain (E/σo=0.002) implies that their formula are far from practical use, since yield strain of real
materials naturally varies over a wide range.
