Abstract: 2011 is at the beginning of the twelfth five-year plan (the twelfth five-year plan of national economy and society development in the People’s Republic of China), so it is necessary to review the situation of China’s construction industry and make its development trend forecast, which will be useful to guide China’s construction industry and the macro-economic control.
In the meanwhile, there will be numbers of the peaceful reside engineering to build and series of major industrial projects, environmental protection projects, urban protection of industrial projects, social projects, infrastructure projects.

Abstract: According to the traffic load, road surface temperature, pavement structure parameters and the creep parameters of asphalt mixture of Jiqing highway, the freeway asphalt overlay rutting depth prediction model is constructed with ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate numerically on overlay rutting depth, and the relationship among the axial load times, overlay thickness and the rutting depth is studied at the same time.
Introduction Along with the overload vehicles increasing, as typical asphalt pavement hazard form, rutting has become the discussion hot issue of both engineering and academic communities.
