Generally speaking , low carbon buildings can make building materials and equipment and the building, with low energy consumption, low pollution and low carbon, to minimize greenhouse gas emissions in the entire life cycle of the building.
Expand economic policy support To develop low carbon economy, countries need to actively implement certain encouragement to enterprise who implement low carbon building, such as reduction of taxes, subsidies and policy support. At the beginning of the low carbon technology popularization, the production technology is not yet mature, its production costs are higher than some other production materials on the market, which often leads companies in choosing a lower-cost production materials.

Theoretical Study on Stress State in Adhesive Layer of Single Lap Joint under Eccentric Tensile Load Chun Liang Li a , Jia Zhou b School of Communication Science & Engineering , Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute , Changchun, China, 130021 a lichli3300@163.com, bxiaozhou8849@sohu.com Keywords: torsional loading, interfacial stress, adhesive layer, composite structure, single lap joint Abstract.
Introduction With the development of the mechanical and material science, the composite structures consisted of many different materials have been widely used in many practical engineering.
The joint connection technology of the composite material is an absolutely necessary link in the assembly process of composite structure [1], and adhesive bonding is the principal method.

It consists of hard aggregate of sand and stone, and cartilage materials of cement and mortar.
The reason may be that when sawing behavior occurs, the cutting force signals are appeared subsequently, and the AE signal is generated due to material deformation and fracture.
When sawing to point A and B in Fig. 5, processing surface is relatively flat for a great mass of cement and mortar here, and the surface of the cartilage material achieves the effect of flattening by diamond sawblade repeatedly sawing.
