Material
The carbon steel was sourced locally from Denpasar building materials market, Bali-Indonesia and its chemical composition, as shown in Table 1, was analyzed using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) in MIPA Laboratory of Udayana University.

Polythiophene (PT), [1, 2], Poly (3-thiophene acetic acid) (P3TAA), polypyrrole (PPY)[3-5] and chlorophyll (Chlo) [6, 7] are organic materials.
Materials and Methods Materials.
This situation shows that the electrochemical deposition of thin film can save the use of materials and also saving the cost of processing.
The future study on these materials is to confirm the type of charge carriers in deposited thin film using Hall Effect measurement.

After purification total impurity content in yellow phosphorus off-gas was less than 10g/Nm3, which means purified gas can be used as material as mono-carbon chemical industry.
