Abstract.
The power supply scheme for the superconducting outsert of Steady High Magnetic Field Facility (SHMFF) in High Magnetic Field Laboratory of Chinese Academy of Sciences is a switching power supply with active DC power filter.
Introduction High magnetic field is extreme environment which can be widely used for physical, chemical, material science and etc.

Abstract:Basalt fiber is a novel high-performance inorganic material, recently has been well received as a reinforcement in China.
Typical basalt short-cuts, filaments, flakes, fabrics, geotextiles and composite bar were characterized and the applications of these materials in civil engineering were recommended.
All these attributes reveal that basalt materials are very promising in future civil market.

The analysis shows that these materials have more or less translucence.
Translucence parameters may vary according to specific applications of composite materials.

Mechanical
fasteners are commonly employed to facilitate joints in composite materials but there are
disadvantages including fretting and fibre discontinuity e.g. [2] and with increased parts count,
increased weight.
Pultruded materials are non-homogeneous in the through thickness direction, as the material is made up from an internal layer of unidirectional (UD) with a Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) layer on the outside surfaces.
The maximum signal will occur in the adhesive layer (the lightest shades in the TSA plots in Figure 2) due to the materials thermoelastic response.

With the possibility to read the surface temperature of specimen during tests by infrared image
processing, many authors worked to use the thermoplastic effect to define mechanical
characteristics of materials.

Even choice of materials in design stage also helps in thermal error reduction to some extent.
The choice of materials in machine tool design plays an important role in deciding the final performance of machine tool.
Abele et al [11] have reported in their review article on high speed spindle that, there is a research trend in developing of novel materials like CRPF, hybrid materials for bearings and etc.
