Abstract:Discrete military manufacturing industry is analyzed about the characteristics of the product design, processing, manufacturing in this paper, it also discusses the application problem of process management in discrete military manufacturing industry, and has a discussion contrapose on the small sample ,discrete data analysis, the multi-target fusion analysis and processing, the qualitative problems processing method,in order to improve the feasibility and adaptability of "six sigma" in discrete military manufacturing industry.
0.Introduction
The market is becoming more and more competitive in current trend, and the quality control has become a inevitable topic,so how to transform “checkout after the things happen” into “prevention before the things happen”,how to reduce the costs effectively while improving the quality of products and engineering
sigma is springing up in various industries,so how to overcome "not acclimatized" of the new method is the key to success .Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the product design, processing, manufacturing in discrete military manufacturing industry, combinate with the DMAIC model to discuss the application problem of process management of "six sigma", and have a discussion contrapose on the small sample, discrete data analysis, the multi-target fusion analysis and processing, the qualitative problems processing method and so on,in order to improve the feasibility and adaptability of "six sigma" in discrete military manufacturing industry. 1.The characteristics of the discrete military manufacturing industry The product of equipment manufacturing has a certain particularity which is different from the business model with mass production line:firstly, from the nature of the product, most of the products is used for military, fraction of the products is used for civil
