The enantiomeric structure of the chiral drug (as a ligand) was sketched by ChemDraw Professional 17.1.
The optimized R- and S-HCQ structure were used as starting conformation in the molecular docking. a-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) was taken from the Protein Data Bank and prepared by Discovery Studio 2019 to separate macromolecules from native ligands and water molecules.
For simplification, water molecules has been removed from the structure and native ligands is separated from the macromolecules.

Through the examination of professional personnel and the data quality control, the disaster data is reliable.

By eliminating leaded gasoline from on-road vehicles, banning the sale of leaded house paint, and prohibiting lead solder in public water systems, plumbing components, and food and drink cans, children’s blood lead concentrations have fallen substantially in a number of countries in the last few decades, including the United States, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, Poland and the United Kingdom [8, 10-12].
More detailed analysis is needed to indicate the emission from different processes to each environment media, including water, air, soil and plants.
In oreder to identify the health risk and main exposure routes of human lead exposure, professional risk assessment models, like PBPK model for children blood lead estimation, should be integrated into the environmental simulation models on the same platform.
